Our Qualifications

Michael enjoys over 30 years of experience in the inspection and construction business. Mr. Gurtler earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1978 from Tulane University. He presently holds a Louisiana License as a General Contractor (License No. 30228). Mr. Gurtler is also a certified Level I Thermographer.

Mr. Gurtler has engaged in numerous investigations in connection with insurance-related issues in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. He has been recognized as an expert witness in Louisiana on a variety of construction-related issues.

Kirk is a licensed Louisiana State Home Inspector(#10365). Mr. Moyer is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified home inspector (#245431) and has prior experience in the termite industry.

He has performed thousands of inspections as a member of the Gurtler Bros. team.

Scott is a licensed Louisiana State Home Inspector (License No. 10634).

Mr. Statham also holds certifications in Estimatics, Wind/Hail, Flood Loss and is proficient in Exactamate.

Warren is a licensed Louisiana State Home Inspector (License No. 10977).

Buddy is a licensed Louisiana State Home Inspector (License No. 10974).

Chad is a licensed Louisiana Home Inspector (License No. 11241).
